Staff SMS terms

Friendship House · Effective October 26, 2026 · Version 2026-10-26

Staff account security messages

The Friendship House staff SMS program sends one-time security codes for SMS setup, sign-in and identity checks before sensitive account actions. It is for authorized staff using their own mobile number. It does not send marketing or guest/patient information.

During SMS setup, enter your number and separately check the SMS consent box after reading these terms and the staff SMS privacy notice. Verify possession of the number using the code you receive. Only provide a number you are authorized to use.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your authentication requests, including setup, sign-in, security verification and requests to resend a code.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile plan and carrier determine any charges. Delivery depends on the mobile network and can be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not share your codes with anyone.

Stopping or resuming texts

Reply STOP to stop texts from the sending number. Stopping texts can prevent receipt of codes needed to access your staff account. Use an available recovery code or contact your System administrator for access assistance.

Carrier-level opt-out remains in effect until you opt back in through the sending number. Requesting another code or checking the website consent box again does not by itself undo STOP. Contact support for help resuming messages.

Consent, account and security records may be retained after messages stop, as described in the privacy notice.
